Edwardian Silver Curb Link Necklace
Chunky, tactile, and HEAVY silver curb link watch chain dating from the Edwardian period. It's a good length - 16.75 inches - and by heavy I'm talking just south of 100 grams. Each link is hallmarked and it remains in its original form, complete with two dog clips and a sliding t-bar. The marks date it to the year 1909, and the HB maker's mark on the t-bar tells us it was made by Herbert Bushell of Northampton Street in Birmingham's famous jewellery quarter.

Condition
We offer detailed and accurate condition reports on each listing. These pieces are antique, vintage, or pre-loved and often over 100 years old so they're going to have lived a life. A healthy patina and the odd scuff/scrape are quite normal... it's part of their charm! Everything we present has been checked over by our jeweller and should be good for wear for many years to come (unless otherwise stated) but please remember to treat them with appropriate care and consideration for their age.
