Resizing & Alterations
Most of our rings can be resized for a £55* flat fee. If you need your ring sized prior to shipping select resizing from the dropdown and leave a note at checkout with your desired size. If there is no dropdown option the ring is not resizable.
Resizing typically takes 7-14 days
We will endeavour to note on the listing if an item cannot be resized, but if in doubt get in touch before placing an order
Our jeweller works exclusively with antique and vintage pieces and we trust their knowledge and experience implicitly
Note: resizing may remove some patina although we take every care to reduce this where possible
Alteration and conversion work is also possible, please touch to discuss any ideas or projects
Please note that pieces altered in any way (including ring resizing) become final sale only and cannot be returned

Condition & Repairs
We offer detailed and accurate condition reports on each listing. These pieces are antique, vintage, or pre-loved and often over 100 years old so they're going to have lived a life. A healthy patina and the odd scuff or scrape is quite normal... it's part of their charm! Everything we present has been checked over by our jeweller and should be good for wear for many years to come, including stones and settings, unless otherwise stated in the description. But please remember to treat them with appropriate care and consideration for their age.
We have our jeweller check over stones and their settings prior to listing each piece, and carry out any necessary work to tighten and secure them as needed. That said, these pieces are often over 100 years old and very occasionally a stone might become loose or fall out. If this happens to your new piece, please get in touch. We will request photographs of the piece and provide an estimate for the repair having reviewed the damage and possible cause with our jeweller.
If something arrives with condition issues that were not mentioned in the description please get in touch via email straight away and we will provide a resolution immediately.
