It's set with bright, white old cut stones - four old Euros and an old mine cut diamond in the middle - secured by platinum-tipped prongs. The shoulders and gallery have been deeply carved with swirling scrolls and, other than the platinum settings, it's entirely built in rich, yellow 18 carat gold.
